Finding information about abortion online can be stressful, confusing, and overwhelming, especially when abortion is fully banned in 14 U.S. states. However, there are still available options, and many organizations across the country can help you get the information you need.

While you’re searching for resources, beware of organizations funded by anti-abortion groups that trick people into their facilities, often providing misleading information to discourage abortion. These organizations are known as crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs), and they are not medical providers and do not provide abortion services.

Read below for links to abortion websites, hotlines, and textlines to get accurate medical and legal information, financial assistance, and emotional support.

Find an abortion fund in your state

Abortion funds are local organizations, often volunteer-run, that provide funds to make it easier for pregnant people to access abortion care. They help fund the abortion itself and, at times, other associated costs, such as transportation, lodging, gas, and childcare.

All abortion funds have different rules—some require you first make an appointment at an abortion clinic, for instance—and they operate locally.

Visit the National Network of Abortion Funds to find an abortion fund in your state.
